With over 13 years of experience in investment banking in UBS, Winnie is an expert in corporate finance and business strategy. Before founding Transcend, she was an early investor to a number of female led startups. Winnie graduated from HKUST majoring in Global Business and Finance. Winnie is a foodie - she's the go-to for the best restaurants in town.

JEFF NG

General Partner

Jeff is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He was a consultant at McKinsey before founding a number of companies in various sectors, including digital marketing, healthcare and consumer. He graduated from Wharton school of University of Pennsylvania. Besides running and hiking and coaching startups, he is a Netflix superfan.

DEREK LEE

General Partner

Derek is a multi-asset investor. He was a trader at UBS and Deutsche Bank before moving to the buy-side. Derek graduated with a dual degree from the Wharton School (BSc) and College of Arts & Sciences (BA) of University of Pennsylvania. Derek is keen to all kinds of sports especially tennis and golf.

ANSON CHAN

Investment Analyst

Anson joined Transcend in 2023 after graduating from the triple-degree World Bachelor in Business (WBB) between USC, HKUST, and Bocconi. Prior to Transcend, Anson worked in management consulting at Oliver Wyman and TMT growth equity at Sea (NYSE: SE). With diverse and global exposures, Anson strives to bring a fresh perspective to the team.
